Please find below the btw.| Clan Code of Conduct for online gaming, which also sets out our admin guidelines for any disciplinary action against any btw.| member found to be in breach of our Code of Conduct. All members must abide by, and respect, these at all times, wether it be online or within these forums.

1. Whilst playing with/displaying the btw.| / btw.t| / btw.p| tags, all members are expected to conduct themselves in a mature, courteous, fair and professional manner at all times.

2. All btw.| members are expected to display their btw.| tag at all times whilst representing the btw.| Clan. This includes all/any ladder match, friendly scrims, training sessions and whilst on all public servers.

3. Our Chain of Command (Administrators, Captains, and Moderators) is an integral and essential component of the btw.| Clan. It must be adhered to at all times. Adherence to the Chain of Command means to show due respect to more senior ranking members of the clan and follow orders during a match. Due respect should also be given to all members, irrespective of the rank.

4. Whilst using Team Speak 2, btw.| members must not engage in any disruptive behaviour and must not use profane language in any form towards other btw.| clan members. Be mindful that btw.| has some younger members who must not be subjected to such language by older members - we must cater for all ages.

5. Should any btw.| member be contacted by another clan in relation to setting up a friendly Scrim or Training Session between the btw.| Clan and another clan the matter is to be referred to a btw.| Officer for approval.

6. No btw.| Clan member is to advertise himself to other clans. If you do wish to join another clan, please notify an Administrator/Captain to be deregistered from btw.| so that you may join your new clan.

7. No member of the btw.| Clan is to contact either verbally, written or on-line, other clans, or related organisations, on behalf of the btw.| Clan without the express permission of a btw.| Administrator/Captain. This includes any outside forum or place of communication.

8. No member of the btw.| is to reveal material from the "members only" section of the btw.| website without the express permission of an Administrator/Captain. This includes the copying and pasting of forum threads, strategies and all other content housed within the private sections of the btw.| web site. This for our members' eyes only, hence why it is "Private".

9. Any racist, sexist or generally offensive behaviour by any btw.| member, including the use of profanity, whilst displaying the btw.| tag will result in immediate and severe disciplinary proceedings against the offending btw.| member. This disciplinary action could include immediate expulsion from the btw.| Clan.

10. Whilst displaying your btw.| tag in a Ladder match, friendly scrim, training session or on public servers all btw.| members are expected to conduct themselves in a mature, courteous and thoroughly professional manner. This includes not provoking or responding to any real or perceived taunts from any other person who is not a member of the btw.| Clan.

11. All In-Game communications are to be conducted in the same manner as outlined in points 1,3, and 4.

12. Whilst in a ladder match, training session or on a public server, any failure to adhere to point 1 or in the event that other btw.| members are present; any failure to follow the designated Chain of Command will result in the immediate disciplining of the offending member. Further disciplinary proceedings, including banning from further matches, demotion and even expulsion from the btw.| Clan may be initiated against the offending member if it is deemed necessary by a btw.| an Administrator/Captain.

13. Members of the btw.| Clan are expected to play on public servers to better their skills and have a good time between competitive play. Whilst playing on public servers, btw.| members are NEVER to exploit the game or play in such a way as to unfairly increase their kill count without giving the opposition a fair chance to defend themselves (NO CHEATING).

14. Team Killing (Tking), cheating, and general Public Server misbehaviour will not be tolerated and will be deemed to be disorderly conduct. The same disciplinary procedures as mentioned in point 13 will be initiated against offending btw.| members.

15. On Public servers, btw.| members are not to engage the enemy within an uncappable base. During a Ladder match or competitive game, an Administrator/Captain may determine that spawn camping is an appropriate tactic to win the match, however it is not acceptable without the express permission/order of your Administrator/Captain.

16. All btw.| members must, at all times, abide by the above rules whilst displaying the btw.| tag. This includes official ladder matches, training sessions, friendly scrims and on the public servers. Remember that you are representing the btw.| Clan.

17. All btw.| members must, during training and especially during ladder battles obey the Administrator/Captain at all times. This is to benefit the entire clan and all it's members to ensure the clan is victorious against the opposition.

18. No btw.| member is to impersonate or otherwise give the impression that they are a person other than themselves. This will result in an immediate 24 hour ban from TS.

19. It would be appreciated if btw.| members would be mindful of their state if mind while on Team Speak 2. You are asked not to be drunk while on TS as things that may be said to other members while on Team Speak 2 might not be what you intended to say and could create a problem with other members.

The above Code of Conduct may seem strict to some btw.| members, but if all participating members strictly adhere to them then all concerned will benefit as a result. Our in-game skills will be enhanced and, as a consequence, our gaming experience will be much more enjoyable. Some of the Code of conduct leaves room for interpretation, if you are unsure if your actions are appropriate with regards to the Code of Conduct please refer to your Administrator/Captain who will be able to give you further information or clarify interpretation for you. The Code of Conduct will regularly be reviewed and amended if the need arises
